“Luis did a great job! Took pictures before, during and after the cleaning! My panels were really dirty and there was also a lot of moss on them. They look immaculate! Thank you Luis 👍😄”

“When we moved into this house in 2019 I thought the aluminum shake roof was tan or brown. Luis from Apex came and thoroughly cleaned it, and I discovered that it is actually GRAY! What an amazing difference this service made. APEX is well-trained, professional, affordable, and courteous.”

“My service included a soft wash on my concrete lanai with a bleach treatment so the algae and mildew doesn't come back. This service brought the concrete back to life. It looks just like new.”
